Thinking about attempting a triathlon? 

Check out the indoor tri series sponsored by DG Cycles- www.anyonestri.com 

For only $40, you get to compete in an indoor triathlon.  30 minutes on a spin bike, 30 minutes on a treadmill, and 15 minutes in the pool.  Don't worry if swimming isn't your thing, the pool is shallow, and you get your own lane.   Hope to see you there!

WEEKLY RIDES 
See our event calendar for the next group ride. All are welcome. Weather
permitting, we hold road rides Tuesday's at 6 pm, mountain bike rides
Thursday's at 6 pm, as well as an occasional Sunday morning ride.

We have the TACX Virtual Reality Trainer for both demo and sale.  This is indoor VR cycling at its best!
